Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care is committed to providing compassionate, specialized care to meet the medical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients with a terminal illness and considers helping family members an essential part of its mission. Jansen's services include: pain and symptom management to keep patients as physically comfortable as possible and improve quality-of-life; coordination of care with primary physician and in consultation with hospice Medical Director; visits by a registered nurse; home health aides; therapists; emotional support from our social workers; spiritual counseling for all faith communities from our chaplain; medical supplies and equipment; companionship and special assistance from trained volunteers.
