'THE JANSEN' Paddle Tournament 2010 |

On January 30 and 31, Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care held their annual Mixed Invitational Paddle Tournament, chaired for the first time by Bronxville resident, John Stoffel. There were 54 teams this year. Playing started on Saturday morning (after bagels and coffee) and the day culminated with a marvelous cocktail party on Saturday evening at Fox Meadow Tennis Club. The semi finals and finals were played on Sunday.
The 2010 benefit raised over $15,000 for the many programs of Jansen. With the help of area businesses who offered their support through court sponsorships and silent auction donations, and our wonderful paddle players who donated an average of $100 per team, we were able to make this year's event another wonderful success!
